How to play

Each player has three pieces on a 3×3 grid of rows and columns only — no diagonals. Place them, then slide one to an adjacent empty point each turn to be first to line up three.

Rules

  • Choose 🤖 vs AI or 👥 2 Players (pass the device) before play begins.
  • Placing phase: tap any empty point to place a piece.
  • Sliding phase: tap one of your pieces, then a highlighted adjacent point to slide it there.
  • First to line up three in a row or column wins.

Tips

The centre sits on 2 winning lines (the middle row and column) and reaches all 4 edges — a strong but not dominant square. Set up two threats at once so your opponent can only block one.
